Bringing lab testing home. Cue Health is an at-home diagnostics product/service. Customers would purchase the at-home testing device, then be able to perform multiple lab tests from home and send the results digitally to their provider.

I worked with Cue as a subcontractor through We Are Joy. My role included UI/UX leadership, strategy, and implementation.

Led an initiative to establish their first design system, encompassing their marketing and product platform.
Optimized e-commerce flows and marketing landing pages — work that shipped to production and drove the purchasing experience for the at-home testing device.
Redesigned their site’s information architecture and sitemap. Conducted card sorting and tree navigation tests.
Created complex UX flows for deeper product features. Used for leadership alignment and engineering implementation.
