Fathom

Democratizing Corporate Innovation Fathom is an innovation platform for organizations. It provided a defined process with specific stagegates to take projects from proposal through conclusion. It empowered anyone in the company to suggest ideas and enact change.

Sole designer — owned product strategy, UI/UX, and the design system. Designed the stagegate mechanics that governed how submissions progressed from idea to funded project. Each phase had different levels of committed resources and clear evaluation criteria for advancing to the next gate. The entire process was CMS-driven — organizations licensing a white-labeled version could define their own stagegates, criteria, and workflows, and the platform would adapt its process accordingly.

Used internally at Andculture to manage the innovation lab’s project pipeline.
